Le Docks Village
Born as port warehouses in Marseille in the mid-1800s, at the time of their construction they were the third most important construction work in France. A structure 365 meters long by six floors of height experienced for more than a century as a physical limit between east and west, between the historic center and the sea. With the control awarded to JP Morgan Asset Management and the capabilities of the 5 + 1 Studio in Genoa, the complex has resumed its transformation since 2007. The Docks today has 52 openings that connect the sea front to the city.
